Our Mission

Our ‘niche’ is our community. Our intention is to foster authenticity, integrity, and ahmisa (non-harming; non-violence; respect for all). Our mission is to build a community that responds to, cares for and adapts to a changing world. A community that is committed to nurturing the well-being of our home - the planet, ourselves and each other as we explore what it means to live a compassionate, intentional and examined life and to invest in a daily practice. Our evolution is our health and well-being.

Our on-going response to the pandemic

Your health is our priority. We are doing our best to keep you safe when you come into our studio. We also value being able to practice in community, in-person together and want you to have the best possible experience at our studio. As such, we offer you the props you need for practice and we provide clean bolster and block covers that are washed after each use. We only ask that you bring your own mat to practice. High touch surfaces and floors are disinfected on a regular basis and we promote fresh air circulation throughout the space by opening plenty of windows when we can and by using HEPA air purification.

What you can do

Please respect other students space while you are in the studio and wash your hands often or use the hand sanitizer we have provided. Note that we do not have change rooms at our studio and encourage you to come ready for practice in your yoga clothes when possible to reduce bathroom activity. We also encourage you to become familiar with making your class pass purchases online and are happy to help guide you through that process. We do not accept cash or debit. Should you need to purchase a pass when you come to the studio, please bring a credit card for payment. In the event that you do not have a credit card, please contact us in advance to arrange for another mode of payment. If you are not feeling well or have been around someone who is sick, please do not come to class.
